Who sells the goods
Aura Cards is a trading name used by the individual seller identified below. It is not presented as a limited company. These terms apply to consumer orders placed through auracards.co.uk.
Products and condition
We take reasonable care to describe each item accurately. Individual cards may have minor manufacturing or handling variation consistent with the stated condition. Product photographs form part of the description, but screen colours and scale can vary.
Pokémon and related names and artwork belong to their respective owners. Aura Cards is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with Nintendo, Creatures Inc. or GAME FREAK.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are displayed before payment. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; Aura Cards does not receive or store full card details.
Submitting payment is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when Stripe confirms payment and Aura Cards records the order as paid. We may cancel and refund an order if a genuine pricing error, stock discrepancy, fraud concern or legal restriction prevents fulfilment.
Delivery and risk
Available services, charges and estimates are shown before payment. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you nominate. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Cancellations and returns
Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our delivery and returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights available for goods that are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breach of your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.
